RESIDENTIAL BUILDING NEW OF EXISTING BUILDING
The project is part of the Turin’s area called Spina IV, which has been part these recent years of a massive operation of urban regeneration.
The building is located in the extreme north of ‘Viale della Spina’ (a long boulevard, located above the rail link, which will run from the eastern suburbs to the heart of the city).
The building consists of fourteen floors above ground (about 250 apartments) and two underground floors reserved to the parking of vehicles of residents. The architectural features resume the guidelines dictated by the global design that has affected the whole area in these years.
