VIA ADDA, MILANO
The project involves the construction of three circular towers for mixed use: apartments and offices. The buildings are inserted within an urban space, in which also the study of the green and accessibility have not been overlooked. This main aspect has led some design choices; in fact the towers stand adjacent to a subway stop, which is a strategic element to ensure users an efficient access to new offices and / or residences.
The project involves the construction of 10,000 square meters of housing, 2,000 square meters of offices and six floors of underground garages.
