In the context of the new tele-heating system that changed the way of approach residential heating in Turin, we’ve developed several infrastructures among which a railway overpass.
The structure has been designed as a structural steel truss supported by three bridge pillars.
Due to the fact that the train movement couldn’t be stopped for more than 10 hours, the launching of the entire structure has been done during one night-time only. This think was possible because the structure it has been designed and realized in a single welded piece.
