RENEW OF INDUSTRIAL AREAS WITH HOUSING PURPOSE
This area is part of the industrial district of the historic Turin. The project involves the recovery of industrial areas for residential and commercial spaces. The surface that, after the intervention, will be dedicated to commercial and residential spaces will be around 3000 sq.m. The Arch. design criteria is strictly related to the need of conservation of some of the historical features of the complex (such as for example the chimney) and the grafting of new buildings with an interesting intersection between historical and modern items.
