RENEW OF EXISTING BUILDING
The project aims to transform a building in a guest house and a suitable accommodation for a host community. The building includes both a residential part both a commercial one.
The unification of the various plans in a unique residential structure, has required a design of the interior and a new distribution system.
Some strategic interventions have been made in the internal structure of the building to maximize the number of residential parts and related services and minimize distribution surfaces. In continuity with existing technologies and the surrounding context, the choice of finishes has been predominantly of a “traditional type “
